Katie was an absolute pleasure to work with. We will start by stating she was there to support us through the entire selling process. Our process was more complex since we live in Texas and moving to Montana. Katie was quick and available to answer our questions and address our concerns at all times. Working with local contractors and contacts to get clarity on questions we had was critical to close the deal. She was honest and transparent.

I was interested in property on Lake Buchanan and stopped by the Jesse James office. Sherry James showed me what was in my price range but none was what I was looking for so I thanked her and went on my way. 3 or 4 weeks later, I got a phone call from Sherry about some properties on the Llano River. Honestly, I had written off my dream of ever owning any land other than my homestead because Lake property was so expensive. Sherry sent me descriptions and videos (incredibly beautiful and totally in my price range). Met with her that same day and viewed the land and made an offer. I have Sherry to thank for not forgetting me after the first visit and for making my dream of a "weekend getaway" possible.

Katie was wonderful to work with in selling a property that was in a probate/guardianship case. It was complicated at times but she went the extra mile to find out information and make sure things were done according to the court documents. I don't live in Llano so she helped tremendously in taking care of getting the house ready to list and keeping an eye on it since we couldn't. I would recommend her to anyone needing to sell a property. She always was available to help out and if she didn't know the answers, she would find them. She made a difficult experience workable.
